We hope you love your purchase!

Please inspect your items immediately and contact us right away if you have any issues. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out! If you wish to make a return, please read our return policy below. 

All returns must be sent back within 14 business days of the delivery date for a store credit in the form of an online gift card via email (less our original shipping cost of $5) Store credit is just like cash, and never expires. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after return delivery. You are responsible for return costs.

Anything received after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to email us to set up payment to ship back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity. 

All tags must be attached and the item must not smell like smoke, perfume, or any other noticeable odors. The item must not appear to have been worn or washed. 

We have a no return policy on any sale items including: Deal of the Day, Flash Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Sale Collection. Also ineligible for returns: jewelry, undergarments, bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear, holiday or seasonal items, sports items, socks, custom and personalized items.
